Brauer Hall - Washington University
This build out of 3,800 square feet shell space created laboratory spaces and student office space. Flexible table layouts were designed with overhead services for mobility and to allow for reconfiguration of the space as methods evolve.
These spaces are primarily utilized for studying Environmental Nanochemistry and Precision Electrochemical Engineering. Distinct rooms were designed to isolate noise-generating equipment and create a separate Faraday room free from electrical interference.
