This design at Washington University included a 23,000 square feet renovation for the Biology Department Teaching Labs. Two floors of Jolley Hall were designed to create 9 teaching labs, prep lab space, glass wash and autoclave area, and organized storage space for the department. This project is designed to achieve LEED Gold Interior Design + Construction Certification based on LEED version 4.
Featured Project
Check out Blessing Health System’s Medical Office Building located in Quincy, IL. This building is 85,000 square feet, and FSA won the design competition for this structure with the use of its unique design style and finishes. This two-story medical mall offers multiple healthcare services with an emphasis on orthopedics, while also including spaces for radiology, laboratory, clinical, and public areas for retail, coffee and meeting rooms.
