Shaw’s Coffee

Shaw’s Coffee is a micro- roastery and coffee shop located on The Hill in St. Louis, MO. The primary design emphasis, when converting the building from an old bank into the modern day coffee shop was historic preservation. Metal ceilings, terrazzo flooring, and exterior windows are just a few of the many features restored to their original condition. The coffee shop includes a bean roaster viewing area and private seating within the original bank vault.
