Dexter Vo-Tech Classroom Addition
This vocational-technical classroom at Dexter High School consisted of the renovation of an existing machine shop and the new construction of an agriculture equipment storage addition. To accommodate the large equipment and tractors, massive overhead doors were installed in the storage space and 13 foot high ceilings were integrated in the design for vehicle lifting clearance. The machine shop now provides students with an optimum learning experience with 6 new welding stations, a centrally located workbench/ storage area, and new cord reels to maximize flexibility.
