Urbauer Hall Renovation - Washington University

An approximately 18,000-square-foot renovation was required to accommodate the following spaces: new research labs; student creativity space; CSE, ESE, and MEMS Teaching Labs; faculty office suites; departmental office suite; undergraduate student space; a conference room; and an UMSL joint-program space. This design opened corridors with a storefront glass, allowing prospective students to witness the advanced education taking place.
